      In business litigation, we believe both sides are best served by being in litigation for the shortest period of time.  We therefore try to resolve each case early on in the litigation, before legal fees and related costs escalate, and opposing sides become antagonistic and entrenched in their respective positions.  If early resolution is not possible, then we fight as hard as we can to obtain the best result for our client's bottom line.
