Hamner Law Offices prosecutes wage and hour class actions on behalf of hundreds of thousands of class members throughout California, and sometimes throughout the country.  We sue for unpaid wages for class members for unprovided meal and rest breaks, unpaid overtime, unpaid off the clock work and mis-classification of non-exempt employees.  Because many employees at a company are often owed similar wages for similar labor violations, we prosecute these matters as class actions, seeking money for all similarly situated workers. We do not ask for a penny from our clients.  Under California law, we seek all fees and costs directly from the employer.
